Terms of Service — Mintingworks LLC

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of products, services, and websites operated by Mintingworks LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This includes our software applications, handmade crafts sold through SnuggleKnots, and fine art and commissions through Shuchi Muley Fine Arts.

By using our products, services, or websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products or services.

1. What We Offer

Mintingworks LLC operates across three areas:

• Software: Desktop and mobile applications for macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android
• Handmade Crafts: Crochet creations and handmade goods sold through SnuggleKnots
• Fine Art: Classical paintings, original works, and commission-based artwork through Shuchi Muley Fine Arts

Individual products may have additional terms specific to them. Where product-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms take precedence.

2. Software License

For our software products, subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the software on devices you personally own, for personal or commercial purposes.

Free and paid tiers may have different feature sets. License terms specific to each application (e.g., device limits, update policies) are provided at the time of purchase or download.

3. Handmade Crafts

Products sold through SnuggleKnots are handmade and may have slight variations in appearance — this is inherent to handmade goods and not a defect. Product photos are representative; your item may differ slightly in color or detail.

• All crafts are sold as finished goods for personal use
• Resale is permitted; reproducing or creating derivative works from our designs is not
• Returns and exchanges are subject to our product-specific return policy

4. Commissioned Artwork

Commissions through Shuchi Muley Fine Arts are subject to the following:

• A commission agreement will be provided before work begins, covering scope, timeline, and pricing
• A deposit may be required to begin work
• Upon full payment, the client receives the physical artwork
• Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing
• The artist reserves the right to photograph and display the work in portfolios and promotional materials

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Reproduce our craft designs or artwork without authorization
• Use our products or services to violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors.

• Prices are listed in USD and may vary by product and region
• Refund and return policies vary by product type and are communicated at the point of sale
• For physical goods, shipping costs and delivery timelines are provided at checkout

7. Intellectual Property

All products — including software code, app designs, logos, craft patterns, artwork, and documentation — are the intellectual property of Mintingworks LLC or its principals. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or branding.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

HANDMADE CRAFTS AND ARTWORK ARE SOLD WITHOUT WARRANTY BEYOND WHAT IS DESCRIBED IN THE PRODUCT LISTING OR COMMISSION AGREEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINTINGWORKS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our products and services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
